1. Register the Visit
Families: you fill in the registration online or on paper and name at least two possible visit dates. This is also where you give us the details about the children and any practical notes.
Schools, associations, institutions and companies: register online, by email or by phone. We agree the details afterwards directly with the Samichlaus.
2. Appointment Confirmation
We confirm your registration promptly, and by the end of November we confirm the appointment (day and time slot). Only with that written confirmation is the visit bindingly reserved for you.
3. Prepare for the Visit
- talk to the children positively about the Samichlaus visit beforehand
- prepare a poem, a song, a piece of music or a drawing
- put out the Chlaussäckli (gift bags) and label them with the children’s names
4. The Samichlaus Visit
We do our best to arrive within the agreed time window — but there can still be deviations. We ask for your patience and understanding.
Short-Notice Changes
If you need to postpone or cancel a visit at short notice, please let us know by email at info@chlaus-zug.ch or on our emergency number, which you receive with the visit confirmation.
