St. Nikolaus Gut Hirt Zug, 6302 Zug, Switzerland (“we”, “us” or “the association”), takes the protection of your personal data seriously, in particular data relating to children.
What Data We Collect
When you register for a Samichlaus visit, we only collect the information genuinely needed to prepare for and carry out the visit: contact details of the person registering, requested dates and language, and – for families – each child’s first name, age and a few personal notes (for example, something they are good at).
Purpose Limitation
This information is used exclusively to prepare for and carry out the Samichlaus visit and is treated confidentially. It is not used for advertising purposes and is not passed on to unnecessarily large distribution lists or to third parties outside the association.
Access and Retention
Access to registration data is limited to the association members responsible for organising the visits. Data is deleted after the end of the relevant season, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
Transmission and Form Protection
Form data is transmitted in encrypted form. Our online forms are protected against automated spam abuse.
Photos
Photos in which people – in particular children – are identifiable are only published with the prior consent of the parents/guardians or the individuals shown.
Your Rights
You may request information about, correction of, or deletion of, data held about you or your child at any time.
